The Windmill Farm & Craft Market

October 3, 2015-Saturday- Good Morning Mt Morris, New York! Noooooo I didn't take this sunrise picture, & Otis didn't see sunrise.....Lennie was up before "NORMAL" people get up & snapped this shot!
Today we are going to the town of Penn Yan! Funny name!?! We are going to a Craft/Farmer's Market, &.......leashed dogs ARE ALLOWED! Otis loves this part of New York!!! The brochure says there's nearly 200 shops, WOW!!!! Let's go!!!! Before we left, I put the chili I  made the night before in the crock pot so it could simmer all day. Great day for chili! I thought yesterday was "crisp" today is just plain cold!
Even Otis is prepared for the weather!!!
Let's go shopping!!!
It's a little drizzly out on top of being cold. I'm wearing my hat, I think Lennie wants me to make him a hat too!?!
I can't believe they let dogs come into these shops!
It was really crowded! It was soooo hard to walk around the different shops. I was surprised at the crowd considering the weather.I think because there's only a few weeks left before it closes for the season.
There was a lot to look at & I tried to look at all of it!!!
This is how Lennie & Otis did most their shopping!!!

                                                                   I should buy this!?!
I guess I've seen it all, & it's starting to rain a little, we only bought produce!!!

                                                                     Back at the RV......
We could smell the chili when we opened the door, Mmmmmmm!!!!
This is our site neighbor.......check out his front tires....
This is how unlevel the sites are! The average motor home owner WILL NOT raise his tires off the ground! We talked to our site neighbors this morning before we left for the Windmill Farm, they said they were going to have to buy a RV step they were having so much difficulty climbing in & out their coach! They are Full Time RVers!

                                                            The chilli is calling us!

This is a short posting, I usually will post 2 days together but tomorrow......another State Park! That means....TOO MANY PICTURES!!!!

  1. My friend, who now lives on Canadaigua Lake grew up in Penn Yan. Joe and I and Darrell visited her and her parents when Darrell was 3 years old.
